Area 3 || Roller Coaster

Sahalie looked at Sean as he spoke to her. She only half heard what he said to her. She needed the strength of her big brother to do her in. She couldn't do it herself she wasn't strong enough anymore. He was guiding her away from the fight that was about to start. It hurt alot to just move with him. She could feel his tear. "please don't cry big brother" she wasn't sure what else to say at the moment it hurt. "I..ihurt so much" sahalie felt him lay her down on the ground. She looked up at him. She wanted to touch him night she had no strength to do so. She watched him a bit as he got ready. He was sad and she didn't want that.she really didn't want him sad for her.

She saw him go for his sword. "I will wait big brother" she said to him and then he went for her but he missed her. He was tires too. "let..let me help you" she tried to sit up. She wasn't sure if she could do anything she just wanted to help him was all.

Kai looked as the younger girl fell for a moment. She watched her and kept her eyes averted from sean and sahalie. She wouldn't be able to take watching that and for some reason she one sean was protecting the both from it. She had to keep Kitty occupied so she didn't see. She heard the young girls comment."perhaps yes...but you are loved no matter. I love sean too...if it had been different circumstances" she let the tears start falling. She couldn't be a cold hearted monster she just couldn't. She had a heart that was shattered into pieces and she wasn't sure it could take much more. She took a deep breath and waited for a second before she lounged at kitty again.

"you will always be a sister to me. You will always be in my heart kitty." She wanted to say she would follow soon but that would be wrong. The young girls attack on her had done nothing but a part of her wished it had.

Sahalie watched him get upset at himself. "You were never scary to begin with. Okay maybe just a little." There was a tiny hint of a smile on her face. When her took her into his arms again she nuzzled into him touching his face. He had made it easier for her and the little strength the girl form five had was trying to dry her big brother's tears. "Please stop crying for me big brother." She looked at him her eyes soft but she really couldn't see him. Her eyes were blurry and the light in them was slowly fading. She let the moments pass and then saw him go for his sword again. He kept talking to her. He was telling her that her pain would be over. By now she was numb all over again. She cuddled into him one more time. She gave him a nod when he asked and she tilted her head when he called her and angel.

It was second later the sheering pain ripped through the young girls body. She gave out a scream and a gasp as she began to cough up blood. Everything was so fuzzy and bright all of the suddenly and then it got dim and her body shivered at the pain. The shivering was the last of the strength her body had but she tried anyways. "See you again. T..thank you s..sean" The words came out with blood and then the canon sounded and the young girl fell limp and was dead.

Sahalie opened her eyes in complete darkness. She hadn't even realized that the darkness had taken her. She remember there being a loud sound but she could remember no more than that. She looked around in the darkness that surrounded her. Was she dead? was she still alive? Then all of the sudden the world came into view again. Her spirit floating out from her body and taking a look for the first time at the dead little girl in Sean's arms. She knew it was her and she looked at the battle between Kai and Kitty. She wanted to hug the girls one last time but something told her they wouldn't feel her now. She had made a promise. She had told her big brother that she would wait for him but she couldn't keep herself here. Her name was being called and her twin sister was there by her side. "Stephanie" She said softly. "Welcome little sister." She took her twin sisters hand and hugged her. "you are my reaper. I...I promised I'd wait."

Stephanie smiled at her. "you can but its time to go home for a little bit. Their fight isn't over yet okay. You'll see them at the gates okay. We'll wait for them." Sahalie nodded her head and the arena slipped away from them. Soon enough they were back in five. She looked at the streets from above. It looked the same. People were milling about and it seemed that only the few watching the screen now knew what had happened to her. She followed her sister down the streets as if they had done this a billion times before. They never had hand in hand. They were at home in a matter of a few minutes. She saw her mom collapse into her father's arms. Her father was watching their small television screen trying not to cry himself. They were alone at the moment. She wondered what had become of the other that had been watching her. She moved through the walls or so it seemed to her parents.

"Its okay Mommy, daddy...daddy its okay to cry." She said softly knowing that they likely couldn't hear her but her dad moved his head and sat a little straighter as if he might have felt something. She walked up and hugged each of her parents tightly. "Its alright we'll wait for you and you'll meet all my friends too. Don't be mad at the boy from two please." That was all she could say to them before she and her twin moved out of the house and she was soon enough at her favorite spot in her district. The maintenance workers were working on the mill that she had sat under every day before she had been taken away. They mill was dead she could see that. Its blades no longer rotated and the crew couldn't figure out why. They couldn't figure that out yet anyways. She looked at the windmill and smiled at it. She was up next to him touching it. "You don't want to work anymore cause I'm not here. That's okay. there isn't anything the can do can they?" she knew that was true because the last little strength in the windmill even in death told her so.

It was second later that she was standing in a green pasture with that windmill running like it was supposed to. It had come with her to the place that was being made for all of them. For all her family. Stephanie was watching her. "what is this place?" She questioned softly. "A place were we can relax until the others show up. It seems your windmill friend wanted to follow." It won't work well anymore. It won't work at all for the district anymore. I wonder if...I wonder if it stopped working the moment I died." Stephanie shrugged at that and they sat there waiting. She wondered how long it would be before she would see the others again. She would try to sooth which ever one rose as the victor from this. She loved them all and she would wait until they were altogether.

matti-omg the tears and the death posts for your characters. Though torr and sahalie had this hate thing going on. I'm so glad that she got to attempt to take him out and that he dealt with her hatred so well.
Eileen-you are completed awesome. Thank you for letting her kill lex and for letting her change because of it. Love you forever.

Kai shuddered at her own damaged to her friend. She wasn't the big scary bad monster the capitol wanted her to be. She wasn't, she never could be that cruel not with those around her right at this moment. They weren't just pieces of meat. Nothing that had been force feed in the career academy was right and she knew that now. She knew that even though she saw the blood she wasn't going to be attacking with as much grace or dignity as she had at the very beginning. She was trying but she was fighting family. Kitty and Sahalie reminded her so much of her sister. She was killing her sister in them that's how this was feeling. The world revolved around her little sister. Her whole world did. But how could her sister love her after all this. After she had killed people her sister's own age. The tears streamed down her face and it was in that instance that she missed a chance to dodge an attack.

Kitty lounged at her with the Ax and it hit its mark. It didn't hurt much but Kai could feel the blood rushing to that area. She looked at Kitty and she heard the girl's words. "I will" She promised her. She would lay her next to Sahalie once all was said and done. "you fought bravely kitty. My little sister." She said with the tears flowing freely now. The next attack would nearly due the other girl in.

The last blow was enough to leave her gasping for breath as she coughed up blood, her eyes met Kai’s “Y…you have a heart after all do not lose that” she whispered and closed her eyes and dropped the axe. She did not move for several moments but heard the scream and her head dropped as she felt the spear start to move she buried her chest into it as the death blow came she closed her eyes and started to cough up blood more and more her eyes fell on Kai “Congrats, Kai winner of the 73rd hunger games…may the odds be ever in your favor” she whispered to her and looked into her eyes “d…do not cry, I never was going to win…I knew it” she whispered.

“The sea goddess, the best tribute of the bunch, the man from two and sahalie, an odd pair” she coughed quietly. “Not perfect, but family” she whispered. “we found each other in the arena, and…found each other I would have been lost without you” tears fell as she sank to the ground and looked up at her “don’t cry, we are out of pain” she whispered and looked at Sahalie, “I am going to be with my sister, for an eternity no more pain” she whispered as she felt her body slowly becoming cold she looked at her “no more pain, wondering why…no one cares even when your this far…my journey is over…yours is beginning…live for all of us my sister” she whispered the words and reached for her she could feel Sean by her and touched his face holding his hand as she faded a few moments later the canon fired.

Looking around she watched herself as she floated in the air, her eyes found where she was Kai and Sean on her sides holding her as they realized that she was gone. She watched as she was laid with Sahalie in the resting place, she watched them and wanted to hug them but she could not as she looked down she whispered “I am okay” she whispered. Her visits were memories, the days she had spent here, those at home and even how she had been pampered in the capital and treated like a queen.

Seeing Johanna who looked like she may have been celeberating a death or mourning she did not know which, perhaps both she had no idea her hatred of the woman slowly faded though as she left and found herself in an area and looked around her eyes found Sahalie and her sister and paused “Sahalie,” she whispered and ran to her sister and hugged her close and kissed her lips again and held her now whole sister tears fell from her eyes as she hugged her close and looked at her. “I tried, I am sorry” she whispered and just hugged her and waited, one more would join them.

Torr - what a wild ride, I know you tried to reach her several times, sometimes friends mean more to you then anything. Had Kitty never felt like she had love she would have jumped to him, but in the end she did what her heart said. I had fun and I hope to see you again.

Serena - Another one of innocence, I know we ran into each other more then once. I even tried to make your last favor happen I am sorry that I could not. You were fun to watch in the arena and I hope you know you will have a special place in my heart.

Sahalie - Where to start?, these two have had some amazing moments in the end it was nice to know they were reunited in death, I never thought Kitty would end up caring for someone as much as she did Kai/Sean and little Sahalie, you are amazing and I thank you.

Kai / Sean - Yes I am going to pair you, the couple who started all of this. You two deserved to be the last two standing, my family I love you both and thank you...see you again on the other side.

Before i came to this site I tried several others where I was told by many I was not good enough to play there. After twelve years I thought of walking away, I wanted to but I came here...and I have not been more happy to meet you and the others, I love you Lily and thank you for making me feel like I am not a complete failure at rping.

Kailani watched the blow go into Kitty and she wanted to stop it she wanted to stop the pain she saw there. She couldn't though. Her eyes were wet with tears and Kitty's words only proved to cause her more. She held onto the girl from seven her little sister. She hated those words the words about odds. The victor didn't come out of this a whole person anymore. How could they? Maybe some could but could she. Her heart was so hurt right now she wasn't sure how far she could go on. All the words made the tears fall as she picked up the girl and held her close. Her blood was drenching her clothes but she didn't care at all. She held her little sister tightly in her arms.

She felt the girl go and as she did she laid her with Sahalie in the rest place that had been made. She looked down at the girl from seven. "Rest in peace my sisters" She said softly and looked at both girls for a long moment before she moved over to Sean. Her head was down and the tears wouldn't stop. She collasped next to him. "i..." She couldn't think of the words to say anymore. She was shivering. She had Kitty's blood all over her and she would soon have Sean's as well. She knew she had to but that didn't mean she wanted to right now. She didn't want to end him. The tears wouldn't stop. A career was not supposed to cry like this. She was supposed to be strong. She was supposed to be the monster that was strong enough to live for them all.

Kai wasn't sure she could be that right now. She looked at Sean her eyes sparkling from tears. "I don't want to leave you here." That was all she could get out before the tears caused her to sob and make nosies she shouldn't be making. It was the sounds of her heart breaking. It was in such tiny pieces now. She leaned up and kissed him gently.

Kai wanted to stay in this embrace forever. She didn't want to leave him cold and dead in the arena. She didn't want any of this right now. Her heart was too damged too broken. She melted into his kiss into his embrace. They fit perfectly. She would do anything for him. She would do anything in the world for him but forget him. She would never ever forget him. she wouldn't be able to her. Like the girls he held her heart. Held it more then anyone else had ever. He was her first love and he would have that special part in her. He was telling her to not be afraid to love. She was going to be for awhile she was going to be. The seventeen year old shivered slightly in the embrace of her lover knowing it was the end. Knowing that she would have to end it right here and right now.

The goddess of the sea, the tranquil peaceful goddess of the sea was now a raging. There was a hurricane blowing inside of her and it threatened to make her crack even more. She nodded to him when he told her to get home. "I'll do it. I'll obey you cause you melted my heart. I'll miss you. I love you forever and for always. Forever." She said softly and kissed him one last time. At for that simple moment. That one last moment time froze. It was only them and she shuddered pulling away. She wasn't ready she'd never been more not ready in her life. However, he had told her to live told her to go home. She took up his sword in her hand and moved back only slightly. "I love you." She said and then plunged the sword into his heart. Collapsing next to him afterwards. She took him up and held him.

The last canon sounded as Seneca looked at his screen. The girl from four was their victor and she was broken he could tell that. He took a deep breath and let it out. What happened after this announcement would start the seventeen year old's journey to become a mentor. No one ever really left the arena. He's seen it in some of the victors. He was seeing it in her now. He looked over to see everyone at the read. He pushed a button and his voice could be heard in many different places as once. Or at least it could be heard in the arena right now. The young girl was the victor of the 73rd annual hunger games.

"Congradulations Kailani Sedna the Victor of the 73rd hunger games and Godddess of District Four. You did fantastic" He would watch her reaction as it set in on her and then he would turn to his people and get things ready for her to come out of that place. He had done his job. She had been very entertaining at the end.
